Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India using trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart.

🎉 Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India. Shipping charges for orders below ₹999 will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India on select products and pin codes. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery location.
💡 COD is especially available for customers in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown before order confirmation.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Delays & Exceptions Ssglobaltech is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Customs clearance delays (for international orders)
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@ssglobaltech.in and we will resolve it promptly.
